DEMO

Partner economics (dollar amounts) are hidden until you unlock the demo on this device.

Commission rules β€” non-negotiable

  • 1. Setup revenue share held 31 days from client GO-LIVE (not submission).
  • 2. Churn or chargeback before Day 31 β†’ setup share voided.
  • 3. MRR pays on active clients only. Churn = that month stops.
  • 4. Payout: 15th of the following month for clients active as of the 1st.
  • 5. Enterprise deals at the published threshold β€” signed Deal Memo before client sees pricing (exact figure in DEMO).
  • 6. Reversed/charged-back payments may be offset against future payouts.
Pricing change policy: Existing clients keep grandfathered tier pricing. Your share on those clients uses the price they pay. New clients use current list price. Tier changes communicated 30 days minimum to partners.

Competitive positioning

Never attack Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc. Complement only.

"[Their platform] handles your business operations. DRIFTFORGE handles your field documentation and client communication. We don't replace anything β€” we fill what they left open."

Follow-up cadence (reminder)

Local checklist β€” tick in your own workflow.

  • Day 0 β€” Discovery / Gap Matrix
  • Day 2 β€” Demo (sandbox)
  • Day 5 β€” Proposal & tier
  • Day 7+ β€” Fulfillment handoff (intake) β€” never β€œjust a lead”

Export vault contacts (CSV)

Downloads Rolodex from My Vault as a CSV file. Still private β€” file saves to your machine only.

Private zone

My Vault

Relationship intel stays in your browser. DRIFTFORGE does not receive, store, or read this data. Clearing site data will delete it β€” export CSV periodically if you need a backup.

Vault toolkit

One-tap copies and local-only scratch space. Pricing stays under DEMO elsewhere β€” these scripts never include list prices.

Why this exists: The Bible positions the Vault as trust architecture β€” your Rolodex and notes are yours. This prototype stores JSON in localStorage only. When the portal moves to a backend, a true private vault would use client-side encryption or explicit partner-held keys.

Technical issues go to support β€” partners redirect clients; you don't become tier-1 IT.

"For anything technical, the fastest path is through the support channel at support@driftforgesystems.com. They have direct access to your account and will resolve it within four hours on business days. I'll follow up to confirm it's done."
